On the Fence Sponsorship Program
The Franklin Family and Mathas Family Fields gives Norfolk Collegiate the ability to host daytime and nighttime events, bringing new audiences and over 120,000 visitors to the fields each year. The fields are used for all outdoor athletic contests, annual Fall Fair event, David Gayle lacrosse game, and our Friday Night Lights in Spring and Fall.

SPONSORSHIP DETAILS:
The “On the Fence” Sponsorship brings a great opportunity for businesses to advertise within our community while supporting the mission of the school. Sponsors will receive the following benefits throughout the year:
- 4x8 banner placed inside the fields fencing for maximum exposure throughout the year
- Banner to include company information and logo
- Special acknowledgement as a sponsor in our Annual Report
- Acknowledgement on Norfolk Collegiate social media accounts
- Company logo listed on Norfolk Collegiate’s website with link to company website
- Included as a sponsor during events such as Fall Fair and Annual Auction
- 2 invitations to the Head of School Reception
- Other promotional opportunities may be arranged with the development office
INVESTMENT:
The school respectfully requests $2,500 a year for three years for a total investment of $7,500. Your tax-deductible payment of $2,500 will be due each year. The banner will be printed by the school and posted no later than the following quarter after the payment is initially made. Norfolk Collegiate will be responsible to order and maintain the appearance of the banner. The school also reserves the right to approve final banner design to ensure it is in alignment with the mission of the school.
