    Annual Auction Planning Meeting

As you know, this year's theme is Palm Royale! The decor committee is off and running, invitations will be sent in January and sponsorship opportunities are available now. But, we need you! The auction's success relies on the dedication and support of our incredible volunteers, and we would love for you to be part of our team!

This meeting is a great opportunity to learn more about how you can contribute to the planning and help execute another great event. We need your support with local business follow-ups, item pick up, basket packaging (February/March) and event set up (weekend of).  Your involvement, at any level, is key. We would be thrilled to have you on our auction team!

Please RSVP to Lil Acosta at lacosta@norfolkcollegiate.org.

The meeting will be held in the King Board Room in the Meredith Center for the Arts.

Middle & Upper School Winter Bands, Chorus and Strings Concert

Please join us for our middle and upper school winter concert in the Hackney Theater in the Meredith Center for the Arts. Come and support our chorus, band and strings students in a lively holiday performance.

Our band will kick off the concert at 5 p.m. They will be followed by our strings performance at 6 p.m. and we will conclude the evening with our chorus students at 7 p.m. Each concert should last between 30-45 minutes.

Please come out and support our students as they wrap up the last week of school before the holiday break.
