Turf Fields
Norfolk Collegiate was the first Pre-K through Grade 12 school in the greater Hampton Roads region to open two side-by-side, competition-size turf fields with lights. The pre-lined, artificial turf fields are the perfect location for your next soccer event, field hockey tournament, women’s lacrosse and men’s lacrosse team competitions and more!
As the only facility in Hampton Roads with two, side-by-side, competition sized, pre-lined turf fields, Norfolk Collegiate welcomes outside organizations to rent our facilities.
Side-by-side turf fields allow teams to practice and play games under all weather conditions, while also making it easy to accommodate multiple sports on one field.
THE FIELDS
- Two 70x110 yard, competition sized, pre-lined turf fields
- Comprised of approximately 164,500 square feet of TurfField Classic Slit Film two-inch with an infill mix
- Fields are pre-lined for soccer, field hockey, women’s lacrosse and men’s lacrosse
- Six state-of-the-art lights
- Two are 80 feet tall
- Four are 70 feet tall
- Bleachers provide seating for 500 spectators
- High-visibly scoreboards with intercom systems
- Parking lots can accommodate up to 107 vehicles and additional on-street parking is available
RATES, AVAILABILITY & HOURS
- Facilities are available for rental during off-school hours and on weekends and holidays. We can accommodate non-athletic activities on the fields upon agreement.
- Rates vary by season, hours and amenities needed.
