Mark your calendars to see “A Christmas Carol” on Friday, Dec. 1 at 7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. or Sunday, Dec. 3 at 3 p.m. on the Hackney Theater stage in the Meredith Center for the Arts.
This family-friendly adaptation of Charles Dickens' classic tale and adapted by Michael Marrone has all the familiar characters we know and love who nimbly bring us through Scrooge's journey of self-reflection and redemption.
Join us as our lower, middle and upper school students bring us a spectacular take of Christmas Eve with Ebenezer Scrooge, everyone's favorite scrooge, and his chance as redemption when his long-dead business partner, Jacob Marley, offers him chance for a new beginning, and a different future.
This student-produced classic is pulling out all the stops. In addition to a festive set, each day guests will be able to enjoy an array of activities before and during the show, as well as enjoy concessions, benefitting Norfolk Collegiate's amazing theater department.
