Norfolk Collegiate Lower School students celebrated Colonial Day April 30. During the day, students participated in multiple events including: a Virginia reel, field trip to the Francis Land House, strings performance, colonial themed lunch, games, blacksmith presentation, colonial crafts and a presentation from Lynn Ruehlman, a colonial story teller. "Due to volunteer and teacher support, the day went smoothly. The children enjoyed the many activities and I am looking forward to next year and all the excitement the fifth grade brings," said Elizabeth Antonick, NCS parent.
